DEVIATION EXPANDS CAPABILITIES, LAUNCHING DEVIATION STUDIO

We’re excited to announce the development and introduction of the Deviation Studio.

From July, Deviation will be able to fully service our social-search clients, with capabilities within strategy, briefing and finally, execution. The development of our studio will see Chino Rocha, respected content creator, videographer and editor, join the Deviation team, leading the development of the studio alongside co-founder Ashley Liddell.

For Deviation, having the ability to be an all-encompassing partner for brands in the social-search space was always the desire, ensuring that we guide our partners through the various stages from strategy, right through to measurement.

Deviation Studio enables us to begin operating in this way for brands.

Ashley Liddell, Creative Strategy Director and Co-Founder explained: “We’re extremely pleased to get this over the line and we’re ready to hit the ground running. In our infancy it has become increasingly obvious that creation capabilities were quickly going to become essential and we’re now ready to truly deliver the entire scope of social-search work for our brand partners”.

Chino Rocha, Studio Director added “Having worked with the Deviation team on projects following their launch, I really began to understand the potential behind what Ash’s vision and thinking around search everywhere could achieve, especially with that execution arm ready to get to work creating content. I’m excited to lead the studio the business and how we can leverage this to get more wins for our brands”.

The studio’s initial focus will be to strengthen Deviation’s capabilities around ‘proactive reactivity’, allowing brands to leverage emerging trends within two hours of our toolset acknowledging a shift. Alongside this, the studio will look to add UGC style content, creator-content, product-focused activations, organic social execution and also paid social amplification to Deviation’s repertoire.

The MO has always been to ensure brands are truly present and demanding attention across the search universe, with the introduction of Deviation Studio, we believe we are closer to achieving that mission for our brands.
