We currently lean on our hybrid working and flexi-work model, which allows you to work from anywhere (with a UK aligned time zone) as long as it is suitable for your prefered working environment, and allows you to go your best work... we're happy.

We expect our teams to be willing to travel to Manchester twice per week, working within Department Campfield at this time.

Marketing agency experience is not always essential. However, understanding the key differences between working brand side and agency side - especially within a start-up agency - is something we explore with candidates. But overall, we're more interested in how you can contribute to Deviation, as opposed to your previous roles.
