About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Delivery Manager to take ownership of how work moves through Deviation and out to our clients. Bringing structure to complexity, clarity to work which moves at pace, and accountability across the team.

This role sits at the core of our delivery engine, ensuring nothing slips, deliverables progress, and our clients feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast moving agency environments. You’ll know how to build and manage effective workflows, you can confidently handle internal task delivery while communicating back to clients. You’re not afraid to challenge timelines, push for clarity, and have straight talking conversations when needed to keep things on track.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning and maintaining our project management tools (Monday.com), ensuring all projects, tasks, and timelines are accurate, up to date, and clearly communicated across teams.
  • Driving accountability across internal teams, proactively following up on tasks, flagging risks early, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Managing client timelines from immersion through to delivery, ensuring work progresses efficiently and nothing slips unnoticed.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client delivery updates, providing clear, confident communication on progress, timelines, and any challenges.
  • Handling tricky conversations when required, both internally and externally, to keep tasks aligned and moving forward.
  • Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and blockers while working with our internal stakeholders to continuously improve how work is managed and delivered across the agency.

The role has a clear mix of delivery and client management, requiring a strong mind for organisation, communication, and assertiveness.

What You Will Need

✔ 2+ years of agency experience in project management, account management, operations, or client delivery focused roles.

✔ Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, and risks are surfaced early with clear solutions.

✔ Strong experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana etc), with confidence in owning and maintaining them as a single source of truth.

✔ A highly proactive mindset, you don’t wait for problems to surface, you spot gaps and friction early, and take action to find solutions before they impact delivery.

✔ Confidence in holding people accountable, ensuring teams follow through on tasks and commitments, while pushing for clarity when things are unclear or at risk of falling behind.

✔ Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations, and handle senior-level client conversations when needed.

✔ Strong intuition, knowing when to be involved in conversations, when to observe and when to challenge.

✔ Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where tasks shift quickly, while being able to maintain clarity and control as our Search Everywhere® strategies evolve.

✔ A process-driven mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and actively improve how work flows through the agency.

✔ Solid working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)


Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

  • Own and manage project delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring tasks move efficiently from strategy through to completion.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project dashboards and timelines within Monday.com, ensuring full visibility across all workstreams.
  • Ensure all deliverables are clearly scoped, tracked, and delivered on time, while balancing client requests against account time allocations
  • Escalate task delivery risks early and be proactive in finding suitable solutions to maintain pace.

Delivery Process Ownership

  • Own and continuously improve how work flows through the agency, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and blockers in processes.
  • Support in developing and refining account health reporting processes to ensure leadership teams have oversight and clarity to be able to make informed decisions as we grow.

Team Accountability & Alignment

  • Drive accountability across internal teams, ensuring tasks are owned, progressed and completed.
  • Proactively follow up on actions post client and internal calls, challenge delays, and push for clarity where priorities or responsibilities are unclear.
  • Lead internal client meetings to keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and expectations, especially across our Search Everywhere / multi channel accounts.

Client Communication & Delivery Confidence

  • Act as a key point of contact for client delivery updates, ensuring clear, consistent communication across all stages of a project, while maintaining solid relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Provide confident updates on timelines, progress, and risks, ensuring clients are informed and aligned at all times.
  • Show strong judgement and intuition in knowing when to step back and let the team lead in client conversations, and when to step in and take ownership when things are at risk.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with our Strategy, Creator, PR, and Leadership teams to innovate and improve the delivery of the Search Everywhere® proposition.
  • Contribute to building a delivery function that scales and evolves with the agency, without losing speed or quality.
