The Challenge
Represent wanted to understand the full search landscape beyond traditional SEO. They we're wanting to look beyond Google, exploring how audiences discover and engage with content across TikTok, X, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and more. They needed clarity on where their audience actually searches, what kinds of queries drive consideration, and where competitive opportunities existed so they could build a genuinely holistic Search Everywhere® approach.


What we did
We partnered with Represent to deliver a deep Search Universe Analysis (SUA), a comprehensive audit of the search behaviours, content opportunities, and visibility potential across key discovery platforms, including:
- TikTok (behaviour-driven discovery)
- X (queries and trending interest)
- Facebook and Instagram (community insights)
- Pinterest (intent-based exploration)
- Google (traditional search signals)
Our analysis mapped where audiences are looking for Represent’s key business focusses across platforms, how search behaviour varies by channel, and which content formats and queries offered the highest opportunity for visibility, revenue development and competitive advantage.
We didn’t just report data. we translated it into strategy by:
- Identifying the search paths audiences take across Google and social media
- Highlighting both brand and non-brand search opportunities
- Bringing the insights together into a clear strategic framework for a 12-month Search Everywhere™ roadmap
We also presented a education-first version of the analysis to the Represent team, ensuring clarity of insights and confidence in the strategic opportunities uncovered - whilst ensuring the team felt empowered to implement our recommendations.
